A supposed "war against Christmas" has been pushed by the Christian Right every holiday season for several years now.
Profitable for the Right
- Groups such as the Alliance Defense Fund, American Family Association, and Liberty Counsel have been accused of using this so-called 'war on Christmas' as a fundraiser. Tim Wildmon of the AFA had even gone on the record saying that "It was very successful for us." (1)
